We focus on socially oriented ventures. Our target population consists of those at the base of the pyramid and small to medium size enterprises in our host countries. The ESB Group, LLC is currently a 9 member team with engagements spanning 5 countries in the MENASA (Middle East, Africa and South Asia) region.

We are focusing on select countries in the MENASA region, namely, Cameroon, Ghana, Malawi, India, and U.A.E.

We believe that by pursuing a focused approach in countries where we have lived and have a deep commitment to, we can refine our model with time.

Moreover, by engaging in relationships at the grassroots, we have the potential to drill deeper and develop stronger, long term relationships. In Africa, Cameroon is strategically located to serve as a central hub for future growth and expansion in the region. As our resources grow, we look forward to scaling our model regionally in Africa & South Asia.
