- Based on a bottom up approach, meet with the underprivileged to understand their position, the existing equilibrium and tools that underserved clients require to drive change at the grassroots.
- Commence research efforts to identify ideal solutions.
- Develop a personalized and strong relationship with our clients and make them an integral part of the decision making process.
II. Evaluate Solutions and Offer Social Enterprise Consulting and Micro-Equity Financing Services:
- Identify barriers to entry and growth for BoP social entrepreneurs and SMEs.
- Evaluate solutions and agree on micro-equity financing with clients.
- Provide consulting services and develop a more targeted business plan for clients.
- Educate community citizens on agreed upon solutions to overcome potential constraints pertaining to capacity and scope.
III. After Services, Profits and Exit Strategies:
- Harness market forces in order to provide consulting advice geared towards creating economic and social value.
- Monitor performance and provide adequate feedback to allow clients to increase their competitiveness and increase the scalability of their social enterprises.
- Provide advisory support services based on partnerships with community leaders and NGOs.
- Identify opportunities for implementation of clusters and market networks for long term sustainability.
- Reinvest surplus cash (in excess of agreed upon profits) for additional socially oriented ventures that financially benefit underserved groups and ventures that are geared towards economic development and poverty alleviation.
